Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
PLEASE NOTE ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping MAY be available; please check at checkout.
Packaging & Product Care:
Body butter is sensitive to heat and may melt during transit, especially in warmer months. This does not affect product quality—simply place the item in a cool area or refrigerate to solidify.
Products are made in small batches using natural ingredients. Colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ship to a secure location and contact the carrier for assistance if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address input, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.dea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Returns
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personal care nature of body butter, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped and delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Exceptions:
Used or altered items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item:
Email (Info@Original-Tribe.com) to request a return and receive a return authorization.
Mail your item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Restocking Fee:
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 10%), which will be deducted from your refund.

Allergy Disclaimer: Our products contain natural oils, butters, and essential oils. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
